1:Do you have catalogs?
Yes,there are catalogs.Due to the dynamic update of our product line, our catalog and price lists excel version can not be updated so promptly. However, our website always contains all the sculptures we have created. Please refer to all items listed on our website.
2:Is there any price list offered?
For sculpture or other decor product ,we quote according to your selected design and quantity mentioned.there is no fixed price list,our product updated so frequently,mould needed for production except oil painting,there is life span for mould,if mould broken or gone,we should create new mould for production,without mould price is different from with mould price.
Oil painting cost depends on subject complexity,dimensions desired and then on quality level chosen.There is price list for your reference only.the exactly cost depends on the pictures you selected.So please mail us the pictures or select pictures on our website,then we will quote for you.
3:What sizes you could offer?
Sculpture and other decor products usually 40cm height above according to existed mould size.If you need customized size,then we should create new mould for production.Oil paintings general sizes are 8*10inch,16*20inch,24*36inch,36*48inch,30*40inch,48*72inch.However,customers can require any other sizes.
4:Is there MOQ?
There are not minimum of order,if you had resell our works in your country are possible even small orders to test the quality and the request of the market.Any quality test orders are welcome here.
5:Any samples offered?
Yes,we regularly provide samples of all art products,however it is our policy to charge for sample and shipping of these items.Alternatively pls provide an international courier account number for the purpose of sending samples(shipping via your requested method).If you request and received samples and subsequently place an order in excess of $5000 for more of the same art products we will credit that order to the value of the samples.In effect,at that time the samples are free of charge.
6:Any discount?
We offer discount for large order,more quantity you order,more discount we could offer.
7:Do you also offer inner stretcher or ornamental frame for oil paintings?
Yes,there are 2x3cm,3x4cm,3.5x4.5cm as general sizes for inner stretcher,for ornamental frame we will offer you images for reference after requested.
8: How long is the production time?
That depends on the quantity of order,usually product in stock,3 days could be shipped out,20 feets container goods in resin it take about 30 days production time,20 feets container good in metal,it takes about 30-45 days production time.
9:Accept custom made?
Custom made is our strength,you just send us or email us with pictures or your draft,with your prefered sizes,material,color,effect and your ideas mention etc.then we will send you quotation ASAP.
10.I would like to know the packaging.
Sculptures are rather fragile items,provided with an extremely protective polystyrene and carton package;LCL shipment should add extra wooden packing(Inspection exempt fumigation-free) for the cargos,the wooden packing cost depends on all the sculptures dimensions.
Oil paintings are usually rolled up and sent in a plastic tube package,in order to keep low the transportation cost.Paintings with frame/stretcher,with conner protection,several pieces into a carton,customized packing is also welcome.We arranged the shipment according to different factors:package,size,weight,and place of destination.We will calculate to you after you selected.
11:Can I change the color of the sculpture...?
Yes,please refer our color sample or offer the pantone color number to us,there is a little color difference on different media,this is acceptable.If you are strict in color requirement,we will do several color sample on metal sheet and delivery for your confirmation,the only thing that is you should pay the shipping cost for the color sample.
12:Could we visit factory?
Yes, you could visit by appointment with our sales.If you are in China or intend to visit,pls contact us so we can arrange to show you our factory.
13:Payment terms?
At confirmation of order we request a 30% deposit for the products.The balance final 70% for products and the shipping cost(100%)to be paid when the good is ready to be
delivered to the port.
14:How to pay?
Go to your local bank. Fill in all the details on to the T/T order form.Please make sure that you have written our account name and account number correctly.T/T the ‘Grand Total’ amount and pay for all bank charges (extra 15USD).We will not ship out the goods if we have received less money than the amount stated on the ‘Grand Total’ (usually due to the purchaser who had not pay for the receiver's T/T charges). Send an email to us telling the payment sender's name. The copy of bankbill is preferred,we will let u know once we received payment.
15.May I see the quality before delivery?
Of course. We will take each picture a qualified digital photo for your checking. If you are satisfied with the effect, we deliver to you. If not, we will approve it until you
are satisfied.
